Why is a billing method required?
Baud offers paid & free instances. We prevent against miss-use by requiring a connected billing method, proving your identity.
What if I don't need a deployment anymore?
You're able to either pause or delete your instances. Pausing a paid instance will pause the subscription and will only charge you if you unpause it past the payment date. Deleting it will delete the subscription entirely.
Can I get a refund?
You are obligated to use the period you have paid for, and we cannot compensate for past and/or future months unless a technical issue has occured.
How does stock work?
We allocate a certain amount of deployments on our servers per instance type. Stock can be manually replenished by Baud or can automatically grow from deployment cancellations. We understand this makes the deployment process harder, so you'll have to keep an active watch if an instance is sold out.
