Ticket viewer for ModMail

ModMail has received the first iteration of the ticket log viewer on the Baud instance dashboard.
Right now, this ticket log viewer is only accessible to the bot/instance creator. Later, we'll add support for other users to view the ticket logs. To keep the system as simple as possible, we've placed the view under the same tabs on the instance.
All ModMails have been automatically re-deployed by Baud to support the new data structure. The addition of the viewer is completely free—and is available to all ModMail users today.
